February 1, 2008: Former President Bill Clinton, campaigning for his wife in Arkansas, calls No Child Left Behind a "train wreck," stating that the education bill came about because President Bush made a deal with Senator Ted Kennedy (Democrat-MA). For the record, Kennedy endorsed Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination earlier this week.
