I tell ya, put Barack Obama out there on that campaign trail this year opposite the hapless Bush-Bitch (John "My Friends" McCain), and it'll be a Reagan style landslide in November...only with the Democrats as the victors.
Obama's speech tonight was stellar. His best since Iowa. He is presidential, he is a natural leader, and he is the truest of patriots. An America led by a "President Obama" is the perfect antidote to 8 years in the darkness under George W. Bush.
To be fair, Hillary Clinton's speech was the best I've heard from her since the start of the campaign. She has obviously been coached by her husband, the master of public speaking, Bill. Sen. Clinton was upbeat and positive, and she left me quite impressed. I will be happy to cast a vote for her in November should she be the nominee.
But, for what little it's worth, my strong opinion is that Obama should be the nominee.
