Not Rational

Quote of the Day 2:
This is not bipartisanship that I envisioned after the election was over.
-Sen. Lindsay Graham (Fascist-SC), crying like a little baby yesterday over the fact that a GOP filibuster threat against the stimulus bill was stopped in the Senate.

I'm sure the bipartisanship Sen. Graham envisioned included "President McCain" asking "House Speaker John Boehner" to pass a bill giving a tax holiday to those making $5 million a year. But, whoops! Something happened on the way to January 20th.

Never mind that President Obama made a special trip to Capitol Hill to meet with House Republicans, another trip to meet with Senate Republicans, and never mind that he invited Republican leaders to the White House...oh...and never mind that the President asked Sen. Dick Lugar (Republican-IN) to fly with him on Air Force One for his trip to the Senator's home state yesterday to visit the citizens of Eckhardt, a town devastated by the economic downturn, only to have the Senator refuse.

Tell me again...who's not being bipartisan?
