U.S. Will Sign U.N. Gay Rights Declaration

From the AP, via MSNBC:

The Obama administration will endorse a non-binding U.N. declaration calling for the worldwide decriminalization of homosexuality that former president George W. Bush refused to sign.

I guess it shouldn't surprise me that a war criminal like Bush wouldn't sign a non-binding resolution (ie: the declaration doesn't have the force of law) such as this. The man was a divider, not a uniter.
