The Secret Service is following up on media reports today that someone in the crowd at a McCain/Palin event suggested killing Barack Obama, according to Secret Service spokesman Malcolm Wiley. The shout of "kill him" followed a Sarah Palin rant on Obama's relationship with radical Chicagoan Bill Ayers.Good.
Now...Sarah Palin and John McCain need to strongly denounce such bullshit. By not doing so they come awfully fuckin' close to condoning it, don't you think?
Food for thought: Not only would Barack Obama have publicly denounced any threat by one of his supporters against the Republican ticket, he more than likely would have done so right then and there...you know...as it was happening. Palin just smirked and carried on with her speech.
